Executive Director
Anne Kwong

Anne Kwong was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States many years ago.  She speaks Cantonese, English and some Mandarin.  She graduated from San Francisco State University, majored in Early Childhood Education.  She is married and has two children.

She has been in the early childhood education profession for over twenty years.  She has been teacher, head teacher, site supervisor, and interim director in the past.  She loves and has a great passion for young children.  She likes to give back to the community.  She is glad to join CCCC and sees a lot of potential in the children.

She believes all young children have the right to receive high quality, early childhood education in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment.  Her goal for the children is kindergarten readiness, to develop their full potential and to face the challenge of the world.

Her interests include reading, trail walking, traveling, and swimming.

Site Supervisor
Rudy Lam

Rudy Lam graduated with honors from San Francisco State University and majored in Child Adolescent Development. She has been in the teaching field for more than 10 years in San Francisco Unified School District, Peninsula Family Service, Head Start Program, and Chinatown Community Children Center. Throughout all her teaching experience, she strongly believes children can learn best through interesting, meaningful, and powerful interactions, conversations, and plays.  Involving children in plays with creative curriculum can maximize the enhancement of children’s learning.       


Administrative Assistant
Christine Han

After graduating from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development, she has been working with a team of teachers and consultants at one of the biggest consulting company in the Bay area for 10 years. Helping children from different age groups, middle school, high school and college. She loves being able to support her students on their learning paths. Her goal as a team leader is to always to engage her team to work closely with students in the process of learning and to keep a comfortable space for them to explore and discover their learning objectives.
